What We Require from You
All offers are subject to the receipt of satisfactory references. We use a Credit Referencing Agency who will carry out a credit check, confirmation of earnings from employer/accountant and previous Landlord reference. A Right to Rent check will also be carried out.
You will be required to provide a passport and a utility bill/ bank statement dated within the last 3 months and to complete a referencing form for each tenant over the age of 18. You will be provided with a What to Pay document outlining the amount of rent, deposit and other charges which will be required in cleared funds by bank transfer at least 24 hours before the tenancy is due to commence.
