Simmons & Sons is a three Rural office LLP with offices in Henley-on-Thames in Oxfordshire, Marlow in Buckinghamshire and Basingstoke in Hampshire. The business covers Rural professional work, an Estate Agency, a Lettings Agency, Commercial Property Consultancy and Development Land advice from the Henley office.

 

We have an immediate requirement for a qualified Rural Surveyor reporting to the Partners.


The role will involve rural professional work including estate management, valuations, BPS, planning, landlord & tenant, compensation claims, rural sales and some purchases.

 

Applicants should be punctual, have initiative, be self-motivated, well presented, articulate with good communication and presentation skills and the ability/commitment to work to deadlines. They will also need a full driving licence and have their own car.

 

Applicants could be MRICS qualified and membership of the CAAV will be strongly encouraged.
