Residential Property Manager
Marlow, Buckinghamshire
We're looking for an enthusiastic and driven individual to join our Marlow Lettings team.
We are seeking an enthusiastic and driven individual who wants to build a rewarding career in residential property management, develop professionally and become a valued member of our Marlow Lettings team.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing a portfolio of residential properties
- Liaising with landlords, tenants and contractors
- Coordinating maintenance and refurbishment works
- Conducting property inspections
- Managing compliance requirements
- Assisting with tenancy and deposit matters
- Supporting rent arrears and general portfolio management
What We're Looking For
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- A proactive and customer-focused approach
- Strong attention to detail
- Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
- Previous property or lettings experience is beneficial but not essential
Working Hours
- Monday to Friday: 9.00am – 5.30pm
- One in every three Saturdays: 9.00am – 12.00pm
